About the Doctors
Dr. James P. Cima, DC
Dr. James P. Cima is has been practicing in palm beach gardens since 19080. Dr. James Cima received his Bachelor of Science from Cornell University. After visiting a chiropractor due to his own chronic backpain, Dr. Cima decided to practice chiropractic medicine himself.
He enrolled in New York Chiropractic College (now Northeast College of Health Sciences), where he graduated with honors and earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree. He started PGA Chiropractic in 1980, and has since created his own health and wellness program and helped thousands of patients. He has taught at Palmer College of Chiropractic – Florida.
Dr. Cima has taught courses and completed postgraduate education in:
- Blood Chemistry Analysis
- Exercise Physiology/Kinesiology
- Organ and Glandular Therapy
- Neuromuscular Re-education
- Extremity Technique
An avid golfer, Dr. Cima is also Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) certified.
Dr. James, DC
Dr. James as his patients call him, Dr. James, and an outstanding chiropractor in his own right. Growing up in his father’s (add father name) chiropractic practice, he saw what an impact a family chiropractor can have, and decided to follow in his father’s footsteps.
Dr. James majored in Exercise Physiology at the University of North Florida in Jacksonville. While there, he earned his certification as a Health/Fitness Specialist from the American College of Sports Medicine Florida. After college, Dr. James attained his Doctor of Chiropractic at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, Florida.
Dr. James is proficient in all areas of chiropractic care, and holds many certifications, including:

After working in his father’s practice after graduation from Palmer, Dr. James had an opportunity to purchase PG Chiropractic from Dr. Andrew Thaw. Dr. James has grown the practice to be a multidisciplinary health and wellness center, expanding the space from 1,000 sq. Ft. To 5,000 sq. Ft.
Dr. Brandon Parker, DC, CSCS
Dr. Parker, or Dr. Brandon as he is known around the center, received his undergraduate degree at the University of South Florida and worked with Division 1 athletes during his time there. He then went to Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, and graduated as valedictorian, receiving his Doctor of Chiropractic in 2021.
He is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). It is the highest personal training certification one can obtain. CSCS professionals apply scientific knowledge to train athletes with the primary goal of improving athletic performance. They conduct sport-specific testing sessions, design and implement safe and effective strength training and conditioning programs and provide guidance regarding nutrition and injury prevention.
While Dr. Parker enjoys working with athletes, he also works with patients of all ages who just want to move around more easily and gain strength.
Dr. Erin Shaw, MD
Dr. Shaw is a family medicine doctor who provides various medical services that allow Cima Health to provide comprehensive care to our patients. Originally from New Brunswick, Canada, Dr. Shaw graduated from medical school at the University of Toronto in 2010. She did her family residency back home through Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia, completing it in 2012. Dr. Shaw is also a Certified Health Coach and received training through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. She plans to get certified in lifestyle medicine.
Dr. Shaw provides the following services at our PA health and wellness center:
- Joint injections (including steroids and Visco supplementation or hyaluronic acid)
- Physical therapy and/or pre-assessment for PT
- Sports injury care
- Musculoskeletal assessments

Dr. Natalie DeJesse, DC
Dr. Natalie DeJesse, or Dr. Natalie as some of her patients call her, grew up in a chiropractor’s house. You see, Dr. James Cima is her father. Growing up, if she got sick, her dad gave her an adjustment. In high school, she worked summers in his chiropractic office. Becoming a chiropractor herself seemed a natural progression.
Dr. DeJesse obtained her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Palmer College in Port Orange. She specializes in pediatric, prenatal, and postnatal chiropractic care. If you’re looking for a pediatric chiropractor or pregnancy chiropractor in Palm Beach Gardens, come see Dr. DeJesse.

Dr. Jeffrey L. Brown, DODr. Brown has been helping patients find pain relief and restorative, lifelong solutions for more than 20 years. Dr. Brown earned a Bachelor of Arts from Cornell University and went on to obtain a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2001. He did his residency at Jamaica Hospital Medical Center/Mount Sinai School of Medicine – Department of Family Medicine. Before joining the Cima Health team, Dr. Brown had his own functional & regenerative medicine practice in Las Vegas, NV, and then served as the medical director for a hormone replacement clinic here in Florida. Dr. Brown provides the following services at the practice:
- Osteopathic manipulative therapy (OMT)
- Homeopathic injections
- Regenerative medicine
- Functional & Anti-aging medicine
Dr. Edward Sparks, DC
Dr. Sparks is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, where he served as a Bioenvironmental Engineer and gained experience in conducting health and environmental assessments and then using preventative medicine to manage and reduce health risks to military personnel.
After deciding to pursue a career in health care, he left the Air Force, and enrolled in West Virginia University’s School of Medicine where he completed his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology. He then pursued and obtained his Doctor of Chiropractic at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange.
Dr. Sparks is committed to helping his patients achieve whole-body wellbeing through a variety of modalities, from chiropractic care to exercise and nutrition.
Dr. Natasha Jackson, PT, DPT
Dr. Natasha Jackson began her studies at the University of Florida to acquire her Bachelor’s in Exercise and Sports Sciences. She relocated to Atlanta, Georgia, where she grew a passion for physical health and wellness, eventually starting her own concierge personal training company in 2006. After years of working with clients that were limited with personal training due to physical ailments, she decided to further her education, and in 2011 she graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Emory University.
For over a decade, Dr. Jackson has practiced physical therapy in multiple settings, including acute care hospitals, outpatient clinics, and home health. In late 2020, Dr. Jackson founded Starting Pointe Therapy and Wellness, an outpatient clinic that offers orthopedic and women’s health physical therapy and wellness services to Florida’s Treasure Coast. Women’s pelvic health concerns have become Dr. Jackson’s passion as she has noticed how often misinformation and lack of available pelvic floor specialty services has contributed to many women settling for costly and often ineffective surgeries, or even worse, living with continuous pelvic pain and discomfort.
Dr. Jackson is excited to join the CIMA Health team, where she can continue to provide one-on-one individualized care that surpasses industry standards. “My goal through therapy and wellness interventions is to empower my patients to love and appreciate the bodies they live in, to restore their connection to self, and prepare them to feel unstoppable as they regain full function!”
Dr. Thomas Hackett, DC
Dr. Thomas Hackett, known as Dr. Tom, is a chiropractor with a passion for helping athletes, particularly golfers, achieve their peak performance potential. Born and raised in Tampa, Florida, Dr. Tom received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, where he developed a keen interest in the biomechanics of the golf swing and how chiropractic care can optimize golf performance. Dr. Tom also works with a wide range of patients with a variety of issues.
The Titleist Performance Institute is a renowned organization that focuses on the biomechanics of the golf swing and offers comprehensive training programs for golfers and healthcare professionals. When chiropractors incorporate TPI into their practice, they gain valuable insights into the biomechanical aspects of the golf swing and how they relate to a golfer’s physical abilities and limitations. Dr. Samantha Arbour, D.C.
Dr. Samantha Arbour, DC understands the importance of preventative medicine and she is dedicated to helping her patients reach their ultimate health and wellness goals. Dr. Arbour graduated from Stetson University in Deland, FL with a Bachelor’s degree in molecular biology in 2018 and graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, FL in 2023. Born and raised in South Florida, she is centering her career in Palm Beach Gardens and eager to make a positive impact on the community. Dr. Arbour received her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training while she was attending chiropractic school and has much experience with body mechanics. Dr. Arbour is passionate about the pediatric and prenatal patient population but enjoys working with patients of all ages who want to learn how chiropractic can benefit their mind and body.
