Kristy Bussard

Kristy realized very early in her adulthood that working out and eating right would not only make you look better and feel better, but bring tremendous health benefits as well. Kristy’s first journey into working out was in her early 20s when she went through rigorous physical and mental training in order to take visitors and locals on long pedi-cab tours all over Historic Annapolis. She got so strong on the bike that she sometimes worked as long as 16 hours a day! Her tiny build and bubbly personality made her a town favorite and she was even featured on the back of a local magazine. But this was only the beginning.

As a young wife and mother she was always working out at a local gym, doing an assortment of classes and personal training. After years of learning the art of physical fitness through her own involvement, a personal trainer encouraged her to become an NPC competitor (a form of body building). Kristy took her advice and competed for a few years. During that time she won first place, third place and fifth place in National Figure Competitions.

Her passion for this kind of training increased so she went on to get her Power Plate Certification and began working with chiropractors doing power plate trainings. This experience of working with chiropractic patients opened her eyes to a very special need for people to learn to connect with each muscle in order to allow the central nervous system to bring healing and development back to the specific muscles you are working. She fell in love with helping others with physical fitness healing so she got her NASM (National Association of Sports Medicine) Certification so she can now share her assortment of experience in helping clients of all ages. Whether the goal is starting slow to increase balance and stability or to bring strength back to an area that was injured, Kristy has a gift and experience to help you with this. If you want to get a toned looking body and increase strength, no better person than someone who has done it herself, taking her own body to the highest level of fitness! From healing from an injury to getting better balance to making your body a new strong body, Kristy has done these things herself and wants to encourage you on your journey as well.

Kristy’s main accomplishments in life include being a wife of 23 years and a mother of 4 beautiful healthy children. She considers each day a gift from God and Hopes to challenge each person she comes in contact with to MAKE A GOAL…AND THEN STICK TO THAT GOAL UNTIL THAT GOAL STICKS TO YOU!

He is now a “Semi-Serious Physique Athlete” where he takes training his body to its fullest potential, being the strongest version of himself both physically and mentally, toning his physique for himself and not for competition or anyone else, very seriously. He loves the gym and the way it makes him feel.
